The data centre
Netwise London East (NLE) – which is scheduled for launch in summer 2021 – is a private, bespoke data centre facility designed, built and operated by Netwise, located in Canning Town.

NLE is London’s newest data centre, and one of the most important newly constructed facilities to open in the capital for many years.

Located just a short distance from the Telehouse and Global Switch campuses in Docklands, NLE is poised to become one of the most important and compelling data centre offerings in the UK.

The site builds on the green credentials set by their London Central site, boasting a PUE of just 1.05. And as with all Netwise sites, energy is purchased exclusively from 100% renewable sources, resulting in one of the greenest colocation facilities in the UK.

NLE forms part of Netwise’s metro network, which spans many key sites in London. The site has on-net access to a wide array of high-performance connectivity services, as well as extremely low latency links to core nodes such as Telehouse Docklands, Equinix LD8, and City Lifeline.

The turnkey nature of the services offered by Netwise within their London Central data centre allow for an extremely flexible ‘turn up and install’ approach, with racks, PDUs, connectivity, IPs and support all available under one service umbrella.
